By accessing and using Keep It Up Moving’s website, mobile application, SMS services, and any other services offered by Keep It Up Moving (collectively, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Parents or guardians may allow minors to use the Service under their supervision and are fully responsible for any misuse.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you agree to:

  • Your content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful

We are not obligated to use or acknowledge any user-generated content.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

We are not responsible for declined transactions. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available on our website. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

14. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account or services at any time by contacting us or using account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. SMS and Communications

If you opt into SMS communications:

  • You consent to receive text messages at the number provided
  • You can opt out by texting “STOP”
  • Standard message and data rates may apply
  • Message frequency is typically 2-4 per week

Keep It Up Moving SMS Notifications

  1. By opting in, you will receive updates and notifications related to our moving services, including special offers, appointment reminders, and service confirmations.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@keepitupmoving.com or call 773-340-3324.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 2-4 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted to the Service with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service.

Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally. If informal resolution fails, you agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration or mediation before pursuing litigation, as permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
